Following my 80th birthday, I’d like to let you know that I’m further withdrawing into my private life during this creative stage. After concluding my public academic work with a “Servus” in summer 2023, after the publication of my last book, Legal Imagination Delivered – 50 Years of Traveling and Working in the Engine Rooms of Advocacy and Academia – Minima et Memorablia, I will be limiting my external professional strategic legal consulting to selected special mandates starting in summer 2025.
I continue to enjoy diverse work based on the motto:
“Imagination – after a homecoming to one’s better self we have chosen ‘Imagination’ as an open leitmotif: meine Fahne, mon drapeau.”
